In this workshop designed for all levels, you will learn ancient breathing techniques and practices. These controlled rhythmic breathing practices with awareness will help you to:
· activate the parasympathetic nervous system and lower blood pressure
· naturally calm the body and mind
· restore connection to the life force (Prana)
· help quiet the mind to access and release unprocessed energy. Energy can be released in the form of physical sensation or through an emotional discharge and helps to explore the equanimity of the inner existence
There will be gentle movements, breath work and silence. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
