The Gathering: Celebrate the Magic
June 7, 2020 – June 12, 2020
Join us at the Inner Quest on what was one of the most popular weeks in the history of the Arthur Findlay College. Celebrate with us the magic of the Spiritual Path at a residential summer retreat at a peaceful lakeside centre on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.
Whether you are a beginner or already on the path of mediumistic unfoldment, if you are serious in your pursuit of the intuitive arts, and are seeking to strengthen your foundations, then this course is for you.
Mediumistic experience is a profound magical state of being that is capable of creating vast changes in our lives. Often in our development we may not always appreciate the changes that take place within us at a deeper, psychological and spiritual level whilst on the pathway of spiritual alchemy.
This is your opportunity to learn, grow and meet like-minded people as we explore the faculties of the Spirit in this full week of keynote lectures, practical sessions and tutorials – with an added dash of fun and joy! Celebrate in the company of those who have found this to be one of the most intriguing courses at the College. Together, we will work towards the wholistic development of the Sensitive.
We encourage you to expand your knowledge, enhance your perception and push back the boundaries of your spiritual awareness.
Together we will investigate and explore:
- Your understanding of what it is to be the Whole Medium
- The individual talent unfolding in the Sensitive
- The mechanics and philosophy of mediumship
- The wholistic elements of the Mystical Self
- The vital link between the development of the Self and the faculty of spiritual communication
- The philosophical and psychological bases of the mediumistic faculty
- The relationship between mind, body and the intuitive arts
- The power of the Spirit to transform self and so create magic!
Come along with us in celebrating the Magic of the Spirit and the Magic in You!
Frequently Asked Questions
I am interested in attending the Gathering Series. Which retreat may I apply for?
If this is your first time attending an Inner Quest Gathering Retreat, you may be invited to join us for either Celebrate the Magic or Magician to Mystic regardless of your level of experience. All three Gatherings are mixed level retreats. Once accepted to a specific retreat, you will then be placed in the class most suitable for your development.
You may apply for any retreat; however, your final placement will be at the discretion of the teachers. They will assess your application based on your level of experience and your personal objectives.
Celebrate the Magic Retreat is an ideal opportunity for those new to the intuitive arts to explore their ability. It is also designed for those who wish to explore a more holistic approach to working with their intuitive, psychic or mediumistic ability.
Magician to Mystic Retreat is an outstanding week that students return to year after year. Take your mediumship to a deeper level and broaden the foundations of your art and craft. This retreat is designed for varied levels of experience.
Plato’s Cave Retreat is designed for returning students of the Inner Quest Centre who have had training in our approach and is by invitation. This retreat focuses upon deepening the esoteric experience rather than solely mediumistic development. Participants are expected to be mature in their development.
I have already attended this specific retreat in the past. May I participate again?
Certainly. The curricula of all our courses and retreats changes each time so as to provide a different experience in a similar format, to develop skills and deepen knowledge. Some students return year after year to participate in the same retreat! The experience is always different.
May I attend more than one retreat consecutively?
Please indicate that you wish to attend more than one retreat in your initial application. If your request is accepted, you will be invited to register for each retreat separately. You may combine your payment. Unfortunately we cannot offer discounts for attending multiple retreats.
How many participants will there be?
The total number of participants largely depends on the number of primary teachers. There are normally 10 to 16 students per primary teacher in order to give each participant ample opportunity to work.
I still have a question that’s not covered on your website.
If your question still remains unanswered, please feel free to contact us with your specific question by contacting the Inner Quest office. Thank you.
